For only ₱𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, applicants can now avail our water service.

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗢 :

1. Must be a resident of Calabanga.

2. Comply with all the requirements first and pay the corresponding fees.

𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

a. Barangay Clearance;

b. Valid ID or CTC;

c. 1×1 picture;

d. Payment of 100.00 for inspection;

e. Authorization letter if applied thru representative;

f. Valid ID of the representative transacting the application; and

g. Partial payment of ₱1,000.00.

(Note: an additional ₱500.00 will be charged if a cutter is needed. Other materials, pipes, and fittings needed will be shouldered by the concessionaire.)

The new service connection fee balance for along-the-road, cluster, and across-the-road connections plus the total assessment on materials shall be payable in 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 (𝟯) 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛𝗦.

Materials included for installments are limited only to 5 meters of P.E. tubing and 2 meters of G.I. pipe.

𝙊𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙.

NEW CONNECTION PROMO will commence within (7) seven working days upon complying all the requirements:

1. Paying all the corresponding fees;

2. Approval of the Application upon inspection; and

3. Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Orientation and Signing.
